MUNGKID, SM Network – Badan Anggaran DPRD Kabupaten Magelang telah melakukan rapat pembahasan Kebijakan Umum Anggaran – Prioritas Plafon Anggaran Sementara (KUA PPAS) yang digelar sejak Senin (3/8) lalu hingga hari ini Kamis (6/8).
Dalam pembahasan rancangan APBD Perubahan 2020, pemerintah daerah yang diwakili oleh TAPD menyampaikan postur anggaran Kabupaten Magelang. Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) yang semula pada APBD penetapan sebesar Rp406,095 M, kemudian mengalami penurunan pada APBD perubahan menjadi senilai Rp244,454M.
BPPKAD menyatakan bahwa penurunan PAD Kab. Magelang tahun 2020 disebabkan oleh pandemi Covid-19. Pernyataan ini kemudian diluruskan oleh salah seorang anggota Banggar Fiqi Akhmad, bahwa turunnya PAD disebabkan bukan hanya Covid-19. ” Turunnya PAD ini bukan hanya karena covid-19 tetapi juga karena adanya kebocoran,” jelasnya.
Fiqi juga mengatakan jika ingin membangun Kabupaten Magelang agar lebih baik, maka PAD harus ditingkatkan. “Kalau memang kita beritikad baik ingin membangun Kabupaten Magelang, ya mau tidak mau PAD-nya yang ditingkatkan. Kalau tidak mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan, lebih baik mundur saja,” imbuh Fiqi.
Dari perhitungan yang dilakukan oleh anggota Banggar, ada potensi kebocoran PAD Kab. Magelang sebesar Rp25,6M/tahun yang berasal dari satu sektor. Menanggapi hal ini, Zumaroh selaku Kepala BPPKAD menjelaskan bahwa pihaknya telah melakukan berbagai macam upaya untuk mengurangi potensi kebocoran di lapangan, akan tetapi hingga hari ini hasilnya masih nihil. “Kita sudah melakukan berbagai macam upaya, tapi hasilnya masuh nihil,” jelas Zumaroh.
